KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 4, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and sign the 2025 Kittitas County Tourism <br />Infrastructure Projects Agreements as awarded. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee met in an <br />open public meeting on July 9th, 2025, to review and approve <br />applications and develop funding recommendations. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution <br />2025-141 Adopting the Kittitas County Tourism Infrastructure <br />Projects Applications on August 25, 2025, an amended Resolution has <br />been submitted to include the applications for the City of Cle Elum <br />and additional funding for KVEC Rodeo Grandstands Project. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC approve and sign the attached 2025 Kittitas <br />County Tourism Infrastructure Projects Agreements LSC-2025-001 <br />through LSC-2025-005. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Original-Applicants <br /> Electronic Copy – LTAC Clerk <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Kittitas County Tourism Infrastructure Projects Agreements <br /> LSC-2025-001 through LSC-2025-005 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Bryan Elliott, Auditor <br /> <br />LEGAL REVIEW: 11976 <br /> <br /> <br />
