KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 4, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas <br />County, Washington for Law Enforcement Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County and the Town of South Cle Elum wish to renew their <br />joint Agreement to efficiently provide South Cle Elum with law enforcement services. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas County, <br />Washington for Law Enforcement Services. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
