OCTOBER 20, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board, Jeanne Killgore, HR Director, and two members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 17, 2025. <br /> <br />REQUEST SOLID WASTE STAFFING SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Jeanne Killgore, HR Director, requested on behalf of Patti Stacey, <br />Facilities Maintenance Director, to reclassify her on-call scale <br />House Attendant. She explained that Director Stacey has two <br />employees out on extended leave and also factoring in current <br />employees' regular leave. It's leaving her with little to no office <br />coverage. She confirmed that the funding would not be a general fund <br />expense. Commissioner Wachsmith and Vice-Chairman Wright supported <br />the request as presented. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT SALARY ADV.
