KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 21, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide 1 for 1 camera <br />installations at Kittitas County Jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) <br />relocations. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: AEU is the winning bid, going through the county’s purchasing <br />process. This proposal with AEU is to provide 1 for 1 camera installations at Kittitas <br />County Jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) relocations. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide 1 for 1 camera <br />installations at Kittitas County Jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) <br />relocations. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Reynolds, LE System Administrator
