Citizen Comments – None <br />3. 2026 Preliminary Budget Meetings with Central Services <br />Zack DeHaven updates the General Fund deficit is 2.85MM as of 10/6/25. <br />The Board reviewed the following department’s budget requests and indicated preliminary <br />approval of the proposed figures. Final approval will be held until the conclusion of the budget <br />process to allow for any potential changes based on overall funding considerations. <br />Auditor Finance- Tentative approval <br />IT – No comment from Doug Fessler- Tentative approval <br />Facilities Maintenance – Personnel increase due to retirement- Tentative approval <br />Non-Departmental- No questions or direction at this time <br />Prosecutor Civil- No comment from Greg Zempel- Tentative approval <br />HR- No comment from Jeanne Killgore- Tentative approval <br />Non-General Fund- Tentative approval <br />Treasurer- No comment from Amy Cziske- Tentative approval <br />Enterprise Technology Fund- No questions or direction at this time <br />Self-Insurance- No questions or direction at this time <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />County Capital Project Requests- excluding Public Works
