RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WARRANT
WHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittit s County Fire District No. 1 has been made aware
that the following warrant issued to ES } Solutions, vendor number 09467,needs to be canceled:
Warrant f#; 0351411678, Issued can 9/24/2025, in the a no nt of$3,578.12
WHEREAS,the warrant is in the District's possession and has not been redeemed; and
WHEREAS, the billing was corrected, and a new, different payment ent o !nt is due.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
District No. 1;that the above listed warrant issued to ESO Solutions, vendor number 09467, in the
amount of$3,578.12 is hereby canceled and is not to be re-issued.
