WFIEREAS,The Board of Fire Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire protection District 6 has come to
know that payroll warrant number 40141 1324. issued on 9-12-2025 in the amount of$406.16,payable to
True North Equipment,and
WHEREAS,payroll warrant number 401411324, ill file W110LInt of'S406.16,needs to be voided and/or
cancelled,as the invoice was issued in error by rue North Equipment and was intended for another fire
agency,and
NC)W, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED.by the Board of Fire Commissioners oil'Kittitas County Fire
Protection District 6, in compliance with RC W-'9,56,040.that payroll warrant number 401411324,payable
