(Effective dates: 01/01/25-12.31/26) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Amendment 2 amends “Exhibit B” to the PSA f1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax funding awarded to Community Builders to operate The Shop Teen Center in Kittitas County. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved09.30.25. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 09.30.25. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution approving Amendment 2 to PSA Agreement PHMH-009 between Community Builders and Kittitas County.
