REISSUERESOLUTION TO CANCEL and
the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. I has been made aware
that the following two warrants issued to volunteer Kaila Moore,vendor number 02956, need to be
canceled
Warrant#: 0351400805,Issued on i20 4, in the arnount of$54,62
Warrant fi; 0351401766, Issued on 10/31/2024, in the amount of$63.85
WHEREAS, the warrants are considered lost and have not been,cashed; and
l aila Moore has requested that the warrants he reissued and has completed the required
Application for Duplicate Instrument Affidavit;

NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of"Kittit .s County Fire
District No. 1,that the above listed warrants issued to l aila Moore, vendor number 02956,are hereby
canceled,and that a new replacement warrant in the amount of$11 .47 he issued.-
