RESOLUTION 07152501 Resolution by the Board of Water Commissioners of
EASTON WATER DISTRICT 3 to request that Kittitas County cancel warrant
661408945 in the amount of $861.55 and replace it with a new warrant.
WHEREAS, EASTON WATER DISTRICT 3 sent a request for payment in the arnount
of $861.55 to Cashmere Valley Bank Easton Water District Diane Exving Petty Cash and,
WHEREAS, EASTON WATER DISTRICT 3 mailed that warrant Cashmere Valley
Bank on .Tune 13, 2025 and,
WHEREAS, Cashmere Valley Bank Petty Cash warrant was returned by the district as
not for redeposit and it is listed as outstanding on the 6/30/25 Treasurer's Report to the
District.
NOW, TIIEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Water Commissioners of
EASTON WATER DISTRICT 3 that the District request that Kittitas County Auditor's
Office void warrant 661408945 in the amount of $861.55 and reissue the warrant to
Cashmere Valley Bank Easton Water District Petty Cash for that same amount.
Adopted by the Board of Water Commissioners of Kittitas County Water District NO. 5,
Kittitas County, Washington on the 15r" day of July 2025.
