Grant/Contract Number: SH20-019 Contract/Grant Summary: This agreement is between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Consolidated Telecom, Inc ("CTEL") to install and maintain an Inmate Telephone System and inter -related equipment, including a messaging service known as Chirping. This Addendum extends the term of the contract and includes an increased payment per chirp or text message from .01 cent to .02 cents, increases the commission on all remote video visitation revenue from 20% to 30%, increases the commission of tablet revenue from 20% to 30%, and increases the telephone commission from 42% to 65%.
