(Effective: Upon Signature- <br />07/15/2027) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of this agreement is for the parties to promote efficiency in providing health <br />services to the citizens of Kittitas County by KVH providing emergency storage of KCPHD’s <br />vaccine in the event of power or equipment failure at the KCPHD facility. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 07.01.25. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 07.01.25. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution approving the Interlocal agreement <br />between KVH and KCPHD for Emergency Vaccine Storage.
