r! <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2o2s - 1L <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF'AMENDMENT NUMBER <br />THREE TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS <br />COUNTY AND HOPESOURCE FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />(cLE ELUM NEW BUrLD) <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in its efforts to continue providing resources <br />to those in need via the Kittitas County Homelessness and Affordable Housing <br />Committee which receives funding via local document and recording surcharge <br />fees pursuant to RCW 36.22.250 and the Affordable and Supportive Housing <br />Sales and Use Tax Credit pursuant to RCW 82.14.540 RCW, to provide resources <br />to the community for those in need; and <br />WHEREAS, the County, through Kittitas County Public Health Department, has worked with <br />HopeSource, a Washington non-profit corporation to provide services to those in <br />need in the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) that this amendment stems from was <br />executed July 72,2021; and <br />WHEREAS, this is the third amendment to the original PSA and amends the language in <br />section 3.1 of the original PSA; and <br />WHEREAS, the third amended PSA, the other amendments, and the original PDA are attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorize execution of the attached Amendment to the Original <br />Professional Services Agreement upon signature by the parties. <br />DATED this 5 L <br />day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLTNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />GTON <br />Page 1 of 2
