Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />7/1/2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve a Resolution to Authorize Solid Waste Director to Sign Agreement No. SWMLSWFA- <br />2025-KiCoSW-00239 with Department of Ecology Via DocuSign <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Department of Ecology is requiring all grant agreements going forward be signed via DocuSign. <br />Kittitas County's grant manager has informed the Solid Waste department Ecology is paying to have the <br />agreements be sent and signed through DocuSign. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />The Solid Waste department and Prosecutor's have reviewed the Agreement. The Prosecutor did not suggest <br />any revisions to the document. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the resolution authorizing the Solid Waste Director to sign Agreement with Department of Ecology <br />via DocuSign and any future amendments to the Agreement not involving the expenditure of additional <br />County Funds. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Original - Clerk of the Board <br />Copy - Solid Waste <br />Copy - Prosecutor <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Erica Luce <br />
