<br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />July 1, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of Health authorizes a joint BOCC/BOH Public Hearing on August 14, 2025 at 1:30 pm <br />to consider revisions to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.08.080. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Staff are requesting that the board set a joint BOH/BOCC public hearing for August 14, 2025, at <br />1:30pm to discuss and adopt proposed updates to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.08.080. The <br />current code is outdated and does not reflect modern septic technologies that can safely <br />function in areas with higher groundwater levels.
