BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT EXECUTION TO THE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND DEPARTMENT OF <br />SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL <br />REHABILTTATION <br />RESoLUTToN No. zozs- 081i <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Department of Social and Health Services Division <br />of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) entered into a contract on August 1, <br />2024 for School to Work program funding; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the <br />parties; and <br />WHEREAS, DVR is extending the contract term, and decreasing the total funding <br />amount to reflect the accurate spend down of ftinding; and <br />WHEREAS, and the County and DVR desire to amend the contract in the manner <br />detailed in the attached contract amendment that is hereby incorporated by <br />this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE,IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />hereby adopts the amendment to contract between DVR and Kittitas County for School to <br />Work program funding attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />,r F-h <br />ADOPTED this lo' day of FPri I 202s. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />o Chair <br />ABSENT <br />ATTEST:Cory Wright, Vice-Chair
