BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT EXECUTION TO THE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND DEPARTMENT OF <br />SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL <br />REHABILITATION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Department of Social and Health Services Division <br />of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) entered into a contract on August 1, <br />2024 for School to Work program funding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the <br />parties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DVR is extending the contract term, and decreasing the total funding <br />amount to reflect the accurate spend down of funding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, and the County and DVR desire to amend the contract in the manner <br />detailed in the attached contract amendment that is hereby incorporated by <br />this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />hereby adopts the amendment to contract between DVR and Kittitas County for School to <br />Work program funding attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> <br />
