KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 15, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Agreement between Permitium <br />LLC and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the subscription and transaction service <br />provided by using their PermitDirector CPL software. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This request is to acknowledge the service agreement with Permitium <br />LLC and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office to subscribe to their PermitDirect CPL <br />software to allow the public to initiate a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) online. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge this Agreement between Permitium <br />LLC and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />HANDLING: None needed. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
