KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 1, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for <br />Rimrock Landscapes to provide grounds maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is requesting to have the PSA with <br />Rimrock Landscapes approved for grounds maintenance. This is the <br />same contractor who provides grounds maintenance for the City of <br />Ellensburg and will provide maintenance staff with more time to <br />provide ongoing building maintenance. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the PSA. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a PSA with Kittitas County and Rimrock Landscapes to <br />provide grounds maintenance. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement with quote attached. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Facilities and Waste Operations Director <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
