KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />WEDNESDAY 1 8:02 AM March 5, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman Cory Wright, and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Sheriff Myers, Inspector Chris Whitsett, HR Director Jeanne Killgore, and Assistant IT <br />Director Zane Kinney. <br />Citizen Comments: None <br />Discuss Non -Uniform Command Staff Wages - Sheriff Myers provided a draft Resolution for <br />the Board outlining the separation of non -uniformed personnel wages (Sheriffs Administrative <br />Assistant and Chief Administrative Deputy) as they were combined in the previous Resolution. <br />Chairman Osiadacz mentioned that since this was a discussion only, the Resolution will need to <br />be on another study session. Jeanne Killgore mentioned to the Board that her study session is <br />next week. <br />Discuss Social Media Policy - Inspector Whitsett mentioned to the Board there are some areas <br />within the IT Policy that he would like to change and has been discussing with Zane. Ultimately, <br />the Inspector requested to work with Zane to make changes to policy on the managing of social <br />media.
