Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />March 18, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution approving the following 1/10th of 1% <br />PSA Agreements Amendments: <br />• Boys and Girls Club (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Community Builders (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Comprehensive Healthcare (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Kittitas County Recovery Community Organization (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Cle Elum Roslyn School District (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br />• Thorp School District (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br />• Ellensburg School District (Effective: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Board of County Commissioners have previously approved funding awards to the following <br />agencies: <br />• Boys and Girls Club (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Community Builders (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Comprehensive Healthcare (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Kittitas County Recovery Community Organization (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Cle Elum Roslyn School District (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br />• Thorp School District (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br />• Ellensburg School District (Effective: 01.01.25-12.31.25) <br />The amendment to the PSA’s addresses the following recommendation from the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor. The recommendation includes contract language that states the contractor will <br />reference their approved budget document submitted through the funding process to ensure <br />contractual budget compliance. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 03/07/25. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 03/10/25. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a resolution approving the following 1/10th of 1% <br />PSA Agreements Amendments: <br />• Boys and Girls Club (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26) <br />• Community Builders (Effective Date: 01.01.25-12.31.26)
