Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on March 18,2025 at the Commissioner's Auditorium, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse, 205 W 5th Ave. Room 109, Ellensburg, WA to conduct a public hearing to consider the SEPA <br />Appeal and the Non-Project Rezone CP-24-00001. The proposed amendment is for a land use change from Rural Workirig <br />to Rural Recreation and rezone from Forest and Range to Rural Recreation. The proposed amendment is being considered as <br />a remand from the Annual Docket and is subject to KCC 158 Amendments to County Plans, Codes and Standards. All <br />interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing. <br />Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend this noticed hearing where testimony will be taken. Written <br />comments will also be received. Documents may be viewed at https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/cds/land-use/default.aspx, under <br />"Comp Plan Amendments", "View Active Applications", and then file number "CP-24-00001 Lewington," or at Kittitas <br />County Community Development Services, 411 N.
