FEBRUARY 27, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chair Cory Wright; Commissioner Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Kady Porterfield, <br />Event Center Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 12:00 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider a Resolution declaring an emergency for structural beam <br />failure at the Armory. Ms. Porterfield stated that a structural <br />engineer has been on-site but most likely won’t get to begin work <br />until next month. Her and Patti Stacey, Facilities Director have <br />been working through it today and they have already relocated events <br />that are going to be impacted. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-045 ARMORY - BEAM EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2025-045, <br />Declaration of Emergency Armory Structural Beam Failure, as <br />presented. Vice-Chairman Wright seconded.
