<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 18, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for <br />the MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources for 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On August 16, 2023, the Superior Court entered into an MOU with <br />MERIT RESOURCES (copy uploaded). This Resolution specifies <br />funding for 2025 which is the same as funding for 2024 and approved <br />in our 2025 budget. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the proposed <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and Execute a Resolution which specifies funding for the <br />MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources for 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> Copy – Prosecutor <br /> Copy – Superior Court <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court <br />and Merit Resources and the MOU between Superior Court and Merit <br />Resources. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
