The proposed amendment is <br />for a land use change from Rural Working to Rural Recreation and rezone from <br />Forest and Range to Rural Recreation. The proposed amendment is being <br />considered as a remand from the Annual Docket and is subject to KCC 15B <br />Amendments to County Plans, Codes and Standards. <br /> <br /> <br /> A staff report and resolution will be provided prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for March 18 th, at 2:00 pm to Consider the SEPA <br />Appeal and the Non-Project Rezone (CP-24-00001) <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Community Development Services. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: None <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager <br /> <br />
