KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 4, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Public Safety Psychological Services for 2025-2026. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Public Safety <br />Psychological Services for conducting fitness -for -duty evaluations, conducting <br />psychological evaluations of applicants for employment or reserve service, and preparing <br />and conveying reports of psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff's Office. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Public Safety Psychological Services for 2025-2026. <br />HANDLING: Return originals to the Sheriff's Office for signatures and will return one <br />fully executed original to BOCC. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
