FEBRUARY 18, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Grant <br />Shimada, Administrative Assistant – IT; Jacob Schroder, <br />Administrative Supervisor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 14, 2025. <br /> <br />CONTRACT KITTITAS CO./AXON PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to ratify & approve Prosecuting Attorney <br />Greg Zempels signature on a Contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc. in <br />the amount of $57,350.40 over five years, as presented. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT KITTITAS CO. FAIR BOARD-RUSSELL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the appointment of Steven <br />Russell to the Kittitas County Fair Board Director for a 3-year term <br />effective immediately and to expire 12/31/2025 (completing a former <br />members term). Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
