KITTITAS COT]NTY RT.BOWERS FIELD <br />Lease Addendum <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated thir 1 I f" day of, f;)1f WLWL\I, <br />by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation in the State offf-urningul, <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, and TYLER GLAHN, and hereinafter referred to as the <br />LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on September 1,2017, for Lot <br />H-34 and Lot H-35 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan, a copy of said lease is <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, LESSEE has sold the private aircrafthangar located on the real property <br />leased at Bowers Field identified as Lot H-35; and <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE desire to amend said lease to reflect the sale of the <br />private aircraft hangar located on the real property leased at Bowers Field identified as Lot H-35; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Lease will be amended to reflect an updated Property and Exhibit"A" <br />Description of Property to the following: <br />Lot H-34 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan 85-10-00007, as recorded June <br />28,2010, in Book 71, pages 249-255, CounQt of Kittitas, State of Washington, <br />Containing 6,534 sq..fL or.15 acres more or less. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, according to Paragraph 3 "Rental Rate Adjustment", it states "the rental <br />rate shall be re-adjusted per the CPI index every five years as required in RCW 36.34.180"; and <br />WHEREAS, per Paragraph 3 "Rental Rate Adjustment", the rental rate was not re- <br />adjusted and fixed per the required timeline due to staff oversight; and <br />WHEREAS, upon researching the CPI index it was discovered that the CPI identified for <br />re-adjustment (Size Class D under 50,000) was discontinued by the U.S. Bureau of Labor <br />Statistics in2018; and <br />Lease Addendum (2) - Tyler Glahn
