FEBRUARY 5, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Bryan Elliott, <br />Auditor; Cori McKean, Chief Deputy Coroner; Chris Horner, Deputy <br />Prosecutor III. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes with Bryan Elliott, Auditor; Cori McKean, Chief Deputy <br />Coroner; and Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor III, under RCW <br />42.30.110(f) To receive and evaluate complaints or charges brought <br />against a public officer or employee. However, upon the request of <br />such officer or employee, a public hearing or a meeting open to the <br />public shall be conducted upon such complaint or charge. No action <br />was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:45 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
