BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION No. 2025- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT LT-2024-001-AUDITOR-INTERNAL <br />OPERATIONS-2024 <br />WHEREAS, the contract LT 2024-001-Auditor-Internal Operations-2024 was approved to authorize <br />Kittitas County Lodging tax funds to be used for administrative support of the Kittitas <br />County Lodging Tax Committee and Consolidated Lodging Tax Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Auditor's Office provides staff support to the Lodging Tax Committee and has <br />requested an additional $32,970 from Lodging Tax in support of qualified <br />administrative support provided to the Committee during 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Lodging Tax Committee has received and recommended the <br />request be approved at their December 0, 2024, meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington <br />authorizes Amendment No. 1 to contract LT 2024-001-Auditor-Internal Operations-2024 <br />DATED this day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />❑ Clerk of the Board —Julie Kjorsvik Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board — Mandy Buchholz <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
