Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Date: January 7, 2025 <br /> <br />Action Requested: Request the Board to approve and sign nine (9) agreements with agencies awarded <br />Law & Justice Council Grant Funds for 2025. <br /> <br />Background: <br />On November 05, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2024- <br />189 awarding Law & Justice grant funds for 2025. <br /> <br />The following recipients have returned their contracts, which are ready for Board approval <br />and signature. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The contracts expire October 31, 2025, with December 1, 2025 being the final date to <br />submit reimbursement. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation Recommend the Board to approve nine (9) agreements with agencies awarded Law <br />& Justice council grant funds for 2025 <br /> <br />. <br />Interaction Prosecutor’s office reviewed and approved templates in 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />Handling Please send an electronic signed copy, Auditor’s office will forward a copy to each <br />agency <br /> <br /> <br />Lead Staff Dora Van Epps, Accountant III, Auditor’s Office <br />
