KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 7, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Agreement between Stericycle <br />Inc and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the Purchase of Disposal Service for <br />Biohazardous Regulated Medical Waste. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This request is to acknowledge the service agreement with Stericycle <br />Inc and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office to dispose of biohazardous regulated <br />medical waste from the jail. This service will be provided every two months (6 times a <br />year). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge this Agreement between Stericycle <br />Inc and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />HANDLING: None needed. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Shaff
