DECEMBER 23, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, <br />Administrative Assistant; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO, reviewed a new professional series <br />program they are launching this next year. She said if there are any <br />announcements the County would like them to share, to just let her <br />know. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 20, 2024. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION DAILY RECORD COLUMN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board, said Commissioner Wright wanted <br />to see if the Board was still interested in doing a column with the <br />Daily Record. Chairman Wachsmith and Vice-Chairman Osiadacz said <br />they would be interested in doing it in the future. They will all <br />take turns doing it once a month. <br /> <br /> <br />
