Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Shelise Smithgall, <br />Administrative Assistant; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; and 3 <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:04 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 13, 2024. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT K.PORTER/LODGING TAX ADV. COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the appointment of Karen Porter <br />to the Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC), as the <br />Upper County entity that pays into the fund. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE UPPER CO. RECREATION PUBLIC FACILITIES DIST. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There was an update on the Upper County Recreation Public Facilities <br />District. Representatives reported that House Bill 1037 and Senate <br />Bill 5053 were dropped. Claire Nicholls, reviewed why the Public <br />Facilities District is needed and reviewed their plans for 2025. She <br />stated that the County would act as the Treasurer if they are
