KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 17, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the 3rd Annual Renewal of the 2021- <br />2022 Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. <br />renewing this Agreement until December 31, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has had an agreement with <br />Allpaid, Inc. (formerly GovPay) since 2015 for processing of bail payments made by <br />credit card. This will be the 3rd renewal of the Agreement signed July 6, 2021 for <br />revenue sharing of service fees collected by Allpaid Inc., associated with bail <br />transactions. There are no changes in terms other than extending the expiration date. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Professional Services Agreement was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 3rd Annual Renewal of the 2021-2022 <br />Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. renewing this <br />Agreement until December 31, 2025. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one original back to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
