Public Notice <br />Kittitas Countyo Ellensburg WA <br />KITTITAS COUNTY - ST'PPLY 4O'XI6O STEEL MODULAR BRIDGE <br />KITTITAS COUNTY ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON <br />Sealed bids will be received by Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 4ll North Ruby Street, Suite <br />1, Ellensburg, Washington until 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 512024, and will then and there be opened and <br />publicly read for the Supply 40'x 16'Steel Modular Bridge. <br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in <br />an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such <br />contract and fumish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid <br />proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works. <br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. <br />Complete digital project bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available at r.wnn'.questcdn.com.
