HOPESOURCE <br /> <br />Applicant: HopeSource <br />Project Title: HopeSource Behavioral Health Bridge Program <br />Target Population: Veterans and Seniors with behavioral health needs <br />Description: The bridge program is intended to provide mental health and substance abuse <br />services for low income/homeless seniors and vets until more extensive mental health services can <br />be procured. <br />Strengths: HopeSource has extensive experience with the served and providing like services and <br />partners with other providers in Kittitas County, which are endorsed in Letters of Support. <br />HopeSource has extensive experience managing similar grants and funding sources including a <br />well-developed evaluation plan <br />Advisory Board Comments: Clarification is requested about how the subcontractor will bill for <br />services. The advisory board would like clarification on the Operations Pool and Support Services <br />Pool outlined in the proposed budget. <br />Requested Budget: $499.951 <br />Advisory Board Recommended Budget: $499.951 <br />
