Call to order: 10:00am <br /> <br />2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit): None <br /> <br />3. Union Negotiations- Closed Session <br />CLOSED SESSION – RCW 42.30.140(4)(B) - The OPMA does not apply to that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the strategy or position <br />to be taken by the governing body during the course of any collective bargaining <br />negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made in <br />the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. <br /> <br />The Board entered closed session to discuss collective bargaining. The Board exited <br />closed session with no action taken. <br />4. Updated Figures <br />Mr. Carlson focuses on the General Fund and Expenses. Discussion was had regarding Projects <br />and Personnel requests. Mr. Carlson updated the 2025 Budget figures. <br /> <br />5. BOCC Considerations: <br />Pending 2025 Budget requests for Personnel, Capital and Projects <br /> <br />6. 2025 Budget Accomplishments: <br />Mr. Carlson discusses the accomplishments of 2024 which includes Self Insured Healthcare, <br />ETF, Project Budgeting, Motor Pool, Personnel Cost Metrics and Tax Revenue Metrics <br />
