Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit): None <br /> <br />3. 2025 Preliminary Budget Meetings with Public Services <br />Mr. Carlson opens with 2025 BOCC considerations. Pending budget request <br />includes COLA, 457 and unions. Project, Capital and Personnel request. Mr. <br />Carlson states there is a $10MM problem. Mr. Carlson continues with a review <br />of Public Services expenses and revenues and the breakdown by funds and <br />departments. <br /> <br />2025 Budget: Library <br /> <br />The Commissioners approved the Library’s funding request. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright questions the personnel vacancies. Assessor, Mike <br />Hougardy offers to remove their open position. Chad Bala also wiling to adjust <br />his open personnel vacancy. <br /> <br />Event Center has a maintenance project request for a water lines. Kady <br />Porterfield states the $16,000 and 20,000 to fix the water line. This will be <br />disused at a later date. <br /> <br />
