NOVEMBER 4, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Patti <br />Stacey, Facilities Director; Cody Cupp, Project Manager; and two <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher stated he is still looking for $100,000.00 for Hanson <br />Ponds to partner with BLM. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 1, 2024. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION MORRIS SORENSON BUILDING MAINT. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Patti Stacey, Facilities Director, stated that she got bids for the <br />Morris Sorenson HVAC replacement and the lowest bid was $21,000.00 <br />plus tax. The Board approved the request to move forward with the <br />HVAC replacement. <br /> <br />She reviewed the square footage of the Morris Sorenson Building and <br />the Permit Center, as well as the number of bodies in each building. <br />She reviewed the cost for portables and the Board directed her to
