KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 1, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Agreement between AXON <br />Enterprise, Inc and Kittitas County Jail for the purchase of Tasers. <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriffs Office intends to increase the available <br />tasers in the jail in accordance with growing staff numbers and rotation practices which <br />keep equipment safe and relevant as well as up to date. <br />INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge an Agreement between AXON Enterprise, Inc <br />and Kittitas County Jail for the purchase of Tasers. <br />HANDLING: No handling. <br />LEAD STAFF: LT.
