SEPTEMBER 23, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Patti <br />Stacey, Facilities Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE. <br /> <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 20, 2024. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION CORONER REQUEST COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed a request from the County Coroner’s office for a <br />letter of support for a new Coroners facility funding they are <br />seeking. The Board agreed to put together a letter and bring it <br />forward for action in the near future. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION TRANSFER STATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Patti Stacey, Facilities Director, stated that she met with the City <br />of Ellensburg and they are interested in purchasing the property <br />however, it's been a challenge to find someone who does commercial <br />appraisals and ultimately will be working with a group out of
