KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 17, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners on April 4, 2024. We are amending the Professional <br />Service Agreement with CompassDirect, to include a Clinic Staff Member (nursing staff) on <br />top of the already agreed upon Practitioner for Mental Health medications from the 1/10ths of 1% <br />tax. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the amended Professional Service <br />Agreement Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return two fully executed originals to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Lt.
