KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 17, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for Jail PLC Replacement <br />Rev.1 (door control project). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />BOCC on May 7, 2024. However, the cost did not include the sales tax. Therefore, an <br />updated Professional Service Agreement indicates the total cost of $153,165.95 to replace <br />the existing PLC Rev. 1(door control project). Accurate Electric Unlimited will provide the <br />equipment, software, licenses, integration, and execution for replacing the existing controls PLC <br />system. The delivery method is design-build. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for Jail PLC Replacement <br />Rev. 1 (door control project). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
