AIA Document A1010 - 2017 <br />Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor <br />AGREEMENT made as of the 3rd day of September in the year 2024. <br />BETWEEN the Owner: <br />Kittitas County <br />205 West 5th Avenue, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, Washington 98926-2887 <br />and the Contractor: <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction, Inc. <br />PO Box 926 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />for the following Project: <br />Lower Valley Transfer Station <br />2600 West Green Avenue <br />Ellensburg, Washington 98950 <br />The project includes the following components as defined by the contract documents, including, but not limited to: <br />1. Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personriel for the project. <br />2. Construction layout and surveying, including location of existing, below grade and above grade utilities <br />in the work area. <br />3. Establishment and maintenance of erosion and sediment control throughout the project. <br />4. Clear and grub work areas. <br />5. Removal of unsuitable soil. <br />6. Placement and compaction of soil embankment material. <br />7. Installation of water, sanitary sewer, electric, stormwater, and fire suppression systems/structures. <br />8. Construction of Transfer Building, Scales, Scalehouse, MRW Building, Administration Building. <br />9. Rough grading, fine grading, geotextile installation, subgrade preparation, base course, and asphalt for <br />road and parking lots. <br />10. Installation of fencing and gates, signage, and striping. <br />II. Construction Quality Control (CQC) testing. <br />12. Completion of record drawings and related documentation. <br />13. Repair/replacement of existing features impacted during construction. <br />The Architect/Engineer: <br />SCS Engineers <br />2405 140' Avenue NE, #107 <br />Bellevue, Washington 98005 <br />The Owner and Contractor agree as follows. <br />
