(Effective: 07.01.2024- <br />06.30.2025) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The professional services agreement is to establish a subcontracted employment and day services <br />provider for people with developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s <br />responsibilities outlined in attachments. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved July 22, 2024. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved July 23, 2024. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Ability and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
