BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024- I}L----f--{- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE KITTITAS COTINTY SHERIFF <br />COST PBR DEPUTY FOR TIIE BUDGET YEAR 2024 <br />WHBREAS, Kittitas County Sherifls Office provides services via contract, for which it charges <br />an hourly rate, and <br />WHEREAS, according to the United States Office of Management & Budget,to2 CFR Par1200, <br />Uniforrn Adrninistration ReqLrirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal <br />Ar,vards (Uniform Guidance), Kittitas County Sheriff needs to adopt a rate for the Cost of a <br />Deputy; and <br />WHBREAS, the Counfy Auditor's Office has revierved and approved the Cost per Deputy plan <br />and deterniined the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to comply and <br />WHEREAS, the attached documentation shows the calculation rate for the Cost per Deputy as <br />per the requirernents for 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administration Requirements, Cost Principles <br />and Audit Requirements for Federal Arvards (Uniforrn Guidance). <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington adopts the following: <br />Non-Federal: Federal: <br />Regular hours non-federal $89.00 Regular hours federal $79.00 <br />Oveftime hours non-federal $ 134.00 Overtime hours federal $ I I 9.00 <br />for the Cost per Deputy for Kiltitas County Sheriff as certified by the Counfy Auditor, effective <br />Janrrary 1,2024. <br />ADOPTED thiS day of 2024. <br />BOARD OF C CO RS <br />GTON <br />, Chairman <br />Commissioner <br />TO FORM:\a <br />Douglas R.
