Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />Notice is hereby given that a joint public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners and the Board of <br />Health on Thursday June 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Auditorium located at the Kittitas County <br />Courthouse, 205 W 5th Ave, Ellensburg, Washington, to consider the following: <br />. Proposed changes to the following Kittitas County Code: <br />Chapter 13.04 On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems: Adopting the WashingtonAdministrative Code (WAC) by reference in <br />key sections ofthe existing code where redundancies are found. <br />Chapter 13.20 Solid Waste Handling: Adopting the WAC by reference chapters 173-304, 173-350, 17-351in place of an <br />expired code referenced that is currently found in the Kittitas County code title 13.20. <br />The Board of Health and the Board of County Commissioners may make a final decision upon close of the public hearing or <br />continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the documents, deliberate, and make a final <br />decision on the Kittitas County Code changes. Any person with an interest in this matter is encouraged to attend and provide <br />testimony. <br />The proposed code changes to Kittitas County Code can be reviewed during normal business hours at the Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department at 507 North Nanum Street, Suite 102, Ellensburg, WA, or the Board of County Commissioners <br />Office at205 W 5th Street, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA.
