<br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />May 21, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of Health authorizes and allows a joint BOCC/BOH Public Hearing to consider revisions <br />to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04 On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems and Kittitas County Code <br />Chapter 13.20 Solid Waste Handling during the next regularly scheduled Kittitas County Board of Health <br />meeting on June 20, 2024, at 10:00am. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The code changes that will be proposed for the 13.04 On-Site Sewage will be adopting the WAC <br />by reference in key sections of the existing code where redundancies are found.
