BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br />SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br />GENERAL PURPOSE GRANT MICROENTERPRISE ACCELERATOR PROJECT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-_____ <br />Whereas, Kittitas County has been awarded CDBG General Purpose funding through <br />Washington State Department of Commerce for the Microenterprise Accelerator <br />project, and <br />Whereas, Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce will enter into an <br />agreement to fund the costs incurred for the Microenterprise Accelerator Project <br />from CDBG General Purpose funding, and <br />Whereas, The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is the subrecipient of this award <br />through the county; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizes the execution of the Subrecipient Agreement 2024-2027 CDBG GP Microenterprise <br />Accelerator with the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, attached hereto, and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> APPROVED, this 7th day of May 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> ATTEST __________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Commissioner <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Clerk of the Board
